MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Concentrating on and solicit new prospects
• Growing PG Flooring’s market share within the Northeastern (ME, NH, VT, MA, CT, RI, NY, NJ)
• Analyzing our positioning (market share) by territory
• Recommending to administration actions to be taken to open new prospects in current or non-existing territories
• Prospecting
• Visiting prospects in a strategic and arranged method
• Establishing an motion plan with prospects
• Creating methods to implement our prospects’ motion plans
• Implementing and selling applications
• Dealing with all inquiries from potential prospects
• Reassessing distribution agreements yearly
• Sustaining buyer and prospect actions on the corporate’s CRM system
• Informing administration of any new developments in our trade (trade watch)
• Coaching our prospects’ gross sales employees
• Establishing merchandising at our prospects’ websites
SKILLS REQUIRED
• English-speaking or bilingual (English and French)
